Surface treatment

Cast steel & grey iron steel:Sa 2.5+ Hempel primer ZS 15890 grey.
Constructed in compliance with IMO Guidance.MSC/Circ.1175 of 24 May 2005 and IACS UR A2(Rev 3)
Design load 1.25*MBL
Allowable stresses 100/60 % of min yield point SWL=-MBL.
Suitable strengthening below deck by the yard.
Supporting hull structure and reinforcement beneath to the arranged by the yard to the satisfaction by the classification society.

Specification

The mooring chock body material selection in accordance with GB 8162 204 seamless steel tube. Can also be specified in GB 712 A grade of steel plate is bend into.
Stainless steel clad plate selection in accordance with GB 4237 use 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate.
The mooring chock body at intersecting line and the outer rim,welding surface clean and no crack ,war page,skew,Cut straight to shape edges.
Mooring chock stainless steel clad plate shall be flat and body joint, the weld shall be no pores,cracks,burrs and lack of depression.
Mooring chock completion except stainless steel clad plate,should brush rustproof paint,After loading the goods on board according to the requirements of ship hull paint.
